1. Policy statement

Darlivo enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to preventing, detecting, removing, and reporting CSAE anywhere on our platform and to supporting affected users.

Zero tolerance: Any confirmed CSAE content or activity results in immediate removal, account action, and reporting to appropriate authorities.

2. Applicability

This policy applies to all users, employees, contractors, and partners across all Darlivo features, including but not limited to:

  • User registration and profiles
  • Live streaming, rooms, co-hosting, and chat
  • Posts, media sharing, and comments
  • Gifting, boosts, and in-app interactions

3. Age restriction & verification

  • Darlivo is for users aged 18+ only.
  • We require age confirmation and may implement identity or age-verification tools.
  • Accounts created by, or used on behalf of, minors will be permanently banned.

4. Prohibited conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Darlivo:

  • Creating, sharing, requesting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
  • Grooming, coercion, sextortion, or enticement of minors.
  • Impersonating minors, falsifying age, or encouraging contact with minors.
  • Any sexualized content that depicts, exploits, or appears to involve minors.

5. Detection, moderation & escalation

We use a combination of user reports, trained human review, and automated safety systems to identify suspected CSAE. Industry-standard methods (e.g., classifiers, hash-matching technologies) may be used as permitted by law.

  • Immediate removal: Confirmed content is taken down without delay.
  • Mandatory reporting: Verified CSAE cases are reported to relevant law enforcement or authorized organizations (for example, where applicable, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children).
  • Evidence preservation: We retain minimal information necessary for lawful investigations, subject to applicable laws and our privacy policy.

6. Reporting & support

If you encounter suspected CSAE on Darlivo, please report it immediately:

  • In-app: Use the report buttons available on profiles, posts, and live rooms.
  • Email (priority): [email protected]

Include links, usernames, timestamps, and screenshots (if safe to capture) to help us act quickly.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. After you are safe, notify Darlivo with the details above.

7. Enforcement & consequences

  • Content removal and account suspension or permanent bans.
  • Feature restrictions and device or payment method blocks where necessary.
  • Cooperation with law enforcement and relevant child protection authorities.

8. Staff training & well-being

Designated teams receive ongoing training to identify CSAE indicators, handle reports with urgency, and minimize exposure to harmful material. We provide staff support resources when appropriate.

10. Review & updates
